Nestled in the serene landscape of Northern NSW, Mulli Mull is a beautiful architectural home that seamlessly blends contemporary design with natural elements. Designed by DFJ Architects to enhance both functionality and aesthetics while embracing the home’s stunning surroundings.

The project involved a thoughtful design to maximize space, light, and flow throughout the home. A major highlight is the expansive open-plan living area, featuring custom-built, floor-to-ceiling windows that frame breathtaking views and flood the space with natural light. The integration of Spotted Gum timber accents throughout the home adds warmth and character, complementing the modern yet timeless aesthetic.

Seamless indoor-outdoor connection, achieved through large sliding doors that open onto a spacious entertainer’s deck.
Refined master suite, complete with a luxurious ensuite and walk-in robe, designed for ultimate comfort.
Custom-built kitchen, featuring high-end finishes, an oversized island, and premium appliances, making it the heart of the home.
Stunning pool area, surrounded by travertine tiles and lush landscaping, creating a private oasis for relaxation.

One of the most challenging yet rewarding aspects of this build was the installation of a large, load-bearing in-situ window in the living room. Constructed on-site with meticulous precision, it now stands as the home’s signature feature, seamlessly connecting the indoors to the surrounding landscape.
