This Renovation and Upper Story Addition to a 90’s brick home in Terranora was designed and planned whilst the clients were still living over seas. Meeting Danny on a trip home and viewing his work they decided to go ahead and put all trust in to him to start their project whilst they were still overs seas. The brief for this house was to keep the current 90’s home, add some farm house style and modernise what was currently there. Adding an upper floor addition to the current home including a master bedroom, ensuite, deck from the master, 2 bedrooms and a master bathroom. Internal stairs were built to match the farmhouse brief and a laundry renovation below. Through the build it became apparent that the stairwell was drawn incorrect on the plans. So stairs straight down were not possible. This meant Daniel had to re configure the upper floor layout and change the stair design last minute to not impose on the ground floor living. The end result is a beautiful family home that the clients love and enjoy every day.
