The owners of this already large property wanted a third level and to renovate the first floor. The client really appreciates quality workmanship and products that will survive the ocean front elements. They wanted to archive a master bedroom to maximise the spectacular views on the third level long with an ensuite, walk in robe and balcony. The first floor renovations included a renovation to 2 bathrooms and a powder room, along with an extension of both the first and ground floor balcony. Later on the project the clients wanted to extend the ground floor deck and add a spectacular three storey spotted gum stairwell screen. The roof was repitched and changed from tile to metal. A front entry gate was constructed with a suspended slab roof/ ceiling. Ply wood ceilings on the first floor deck with aluminium screening and 300 x 300 timber posts and beams are some of the many features of this quality build. The sandstone fireplace was constructed and build by Danny and his team and is one of the clients most loved features. The home needs to be seen as the features are endless on this home.
